CMCI’s scientific division specializes in Bioinformatic Data Analysis. Our team of data scientists and researchers serve the federal healthcare industry and chemical and biological sciences community, through applications generating useful and actionable information from Next Generating Sequencing (NGS) experiments. We work with researchers to develop bioinformatics workflows, facilitate data analysis of biological data, and provide bioinformatics/statistics consulting. Our focus is in supporting the research areas of genomics, transcriptomics and epigenomics.

The data sets from these experiments are very complex, enormous in volume and interpreting the same requires deep domain expertise.  This is made possible by our team of experienced scientists and professionals from the fields of medicine, statistics, mathematics, genomics, molecular biology, and computer science.
