About SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e):

SeaPort-e is an electronic method for procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services. The following Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders and other ordering agencies have adopted this approach:

The Seaport-e approach provides an efficient means of issuing competitive solicitations, and awarding performance-based task orders amongst a diverse community of approved contractors. This approach "allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, and approaches across the Navy's critical service business sector." (K.R.
