Pulak Chakrabarti - President & Chief Executive Officer


Pulak Chakrabarti is the founder, president, and chief executive officer of Chakrabarti Management Consultancy, Inc. (CMCI). Mr. Chakrabarti founded CMCI in 2005 with the goal of providing cost effective, innovative, and high quality solutions to the federal government. His vision has been simple and consistent throughout the years; it’s all about doing what’s best for the customer.

Mr. Chakrabarti is a veteran of the technology industry with more than 25 years of experience leading mission critical programs for some of the largest and most federated federal enterprises. He is a recognized thought leader in risk & threat management, screening and targeting, and the extended global supply chain.

As a management consultant and strategic advisor, he provides overall strategy and vision, as well as business and technical leadership for large-scale systems design and implementation. Mr. Chakrabarti is known among federal executives for his ability to deliver on strategic initiatives and drive tangible improvements in areas of organizational and operational effectiveness. He has set the overarching direction and roadmap for automated risk management & targeting initiatives for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These initiatives are critical components to law enforcement’s layered approach to protecting the security of the United States and the global supply chain.

Prior to founding CMCI, Mr. Chakrabarti had a distinguished career leading federal and private sector programs for Lockheed Martin Corporation, FiServ Inc, HCL-Hewlett Packard, Birla Technical Services, TIL Ltd and the Indian Statistical Institute.

Mr. Chakrabarti earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics & Data Analysis from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta. He has also earned his B.S (Honors) in Mathematics from St Xavier's College, Calcutta. He has presented numerous technical papers in the area of complex and large scale systems program management and served as a visiting Professor of Statistics at SA Jaipuria College at the University of Calcutta.


Anil Patibandla - Chief Strategy Officer


Anil Patibandla is CMCI’s Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to CMCI, Anil Patibandla was a member of the executive management team for Camber Corporation. Anil was responsible for Strategic business development, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) PMO and Corporate Strategy; he brings over 19 years of experience in Commercial, Higher Education, International and US Public Sector (DoD & FedCiv) markets.

Prior to Camber, Anil was Senior Vice President at Avaya Government Solutions, Nortel Government Solutions and PEC (PEC - Notrel – Avaya – Camber were all acquisitions), responsible for Business Development& Corporate Strategy, before that , he was Executive VP at Suh’dutsing LLC, responsible for US public sector business vertical P&L, Strategic Business Development as well as day-day operations.

Before Joining Suh’dusting, Anil was responsible for global sales & strategy at Goldstone, a multinational information technology consulting firm, which acquired ManGoTech, a higher education industry focused technology consulting firm founded by Anil.

Anil also co-founded technology start-up, Sankaty Group; which was acquired by Mirus. Anil worked at different capacities for firms including Yash Technologies, Intellisoft, Clark Management Services and Insight Industries (Contracted to Collins Avionics-Rockwell International).

Anil has M.S in Engineering from South Dakota State University.
