CMCI Acquires LA Systems in Move to Expand Service Offerings

April 29, 2016 - Fairfax, VA - Chakrabarti Management Consultancy Inc. (CMCI) announced today that it has acquired Alexandria, Virginia based LA Systems Inc. LA Systems has been providing legacy modernization, datacenter support and infrastructure systems support services to the government and private sector since 1982. LA Systems specializes in enterprise modernization, virtualization, hosting, datacenter consolidation, cloud migration, continous monitoring, system security, web admin, Unix/Linux system admin, server & storage management, system conversion, configuration, software development, systems design, training, maintenance, hardware and software installation, and contract and program support and management. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
