Ying Feng, Chief Architect
Mr. Feng brings more than 20 years of experience as a technology strategist spanning all aspects of enterprise application development for the US Government agencies and commercial clients, delivering mission-critical systems, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, Cloud Computing, Data Center Migration, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, DevSecOps, and Agile Practices. As CMCI's Chief Architect, Mr. Feng plays an integral role in the strategic direction, marketing, and business development of CMCI by providing leadership and vision in service delivery, technology innovation, and future growth. Mr. Feng has been supporting US Federal agencies since 2005 including the Department of Homeland Security (OCIO, CBP, CWMD, TSA) and the Food and Drug Administration.
Mr. Feng has been with CMCI since 2008. Prior to joining CMCI, Mr. Feng has held technical lead positions in companies such as Lockheed Martin, Spirent Communications, Armillaire Technologies, and Fujitsu Network Communications. Mr. Feng holds a Masters Degrees in Computer Science & Numerical Analysis from Purdue University, a Master’s in Business Administration from John Hopkins Carey Business School, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
