Sandra Abbott, Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Company Overview

Prior to arriving at CMCI as a Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Ms. Sandra Abbott served as the Director of the Division of System Solutions within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), serving as the system owner and program manager for the FDA CBP ACE ITDS system as mandated by the U.S. Congress.

Ms. Abbott began working at the FDA in February of 2011 after spending 25 years at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HSRA) where she developed and implemented an enterprise-wide grants and project management system for HRSA, worked on the Affordable Care Act and served as the Operations Director for the Division of Workforce and Performance Management within HRSA’s Bureau of Health Professions.

She received her Baccalaureate Degree in Economics at the University of Maryland where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
