The Seaport-e contract is available to all of the Navy’s Systems commands listed below. SeaPort-e enhances the Navy’s Sea Power 21 objective to increase efficiency and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions. eFAST.  Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA-preferred small business contracting vehicle that streamlines the FAA procurement process using a Web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST projects are categorized by Functional Area (FA). As part of planning projects, labor categories are defined and maximum rates are associated based on these tables.

CMCI was prequalified in 2018 to participate as a Master Ordering Agreement holder and eligible to respond to eFAST task order opportunities.  Based upon our demonstrated capabilities; CMCI supports the following functional areas:

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is a dynamic Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, engineered to provide cutting-edge technology solutions from award-winning 8(a) Small Businesses to federal agencies. For the Government, 8(a) STARS II offers streamlined procurement for participants since prices have been pre-competed. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses. Scope of Awarded Contract:

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is intended to support federal agency Information Technology (IT) requirements. The geographical scope of coverage is worldwide and organizational scope of coverage includes those entities authorized in GSA Order ADM 4800. CMCI has been awarded the 8(a) STARS II GWAC, Constellations I and II, in the following eight Functional Areas:

VETS 2 – JV (GWAC) (Best in Class per OMB)

The VETS 2 GWAC is the only GWAC set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). It's designed to meet diverse agency IT services requirements, including new and emerging technologies. VETS 2 features fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour, and time-and-materials task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and meeting your mission requirements.


Eagle II (sub):

EAGLE II establishes the next generation of the EAGLE suite of IDIQ contracts for IT support services that will enable DHS business and program offices to accomplish their mission objectives. It is designed to offer a broad range of services, solutions, and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT service needs. DHS.

The DHS EAGLE II contract term is a five (5) year base period with one (1) two-year option period and offers three functional areas. CMCI is in Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery Program. Functional Category 1 is designed to provide a full range of services and solutions in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support the DHS mission and business functions across the entire lifecycle of a program.
