Pulak ChakrabartiPresident & Chief Executive Officer – Pulak Chakrabarti
Pulak Chakrabarti is an acknowledged leader in the IT industry. He positions himself as a thought leader, providing overall vision, business and technical leadership to mission critical large-scale systems design and implementation. In his current assignment, he is serving the United States Government, Customs & Border Protection agency, in the capacity of a Strategic Advisor, setting overarching direction and roadmap for automated risk management & targeting solution.

Mr. Chakrabarti possesses a unique combination of skills in the fields of technology and program management. He has acquired these skills from his 24+ years of experience in the Industry, and his work with diverse cutting edge technology projects, ranging from custom development using Microsoft and J2EE technologies to ERP implementation, in various leadership capacities. His diverse consulting experience includes delivering solutions in a global setting. He uses these skills to ensure successful implementation of large-scale complex programs. He delivers value added client solutions, as a seasoned Program Executive. He has managed Programs with budgets ranging between $ 5M to $ 250M. He was also instrumental in providing strategic direction to many enterprise programs with budgets in excess of multiple billion dollars.

Mr. Chakrabarti holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics & Computer Applications from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, India. He has mentored and trained various project and technical groups on Software Development activities, CMM process initiative, Estimation Models, Earned Value Methodology, Quality Assurance Processes, Software Delivery and CM Process activities. He has presented many papers in the area of complex and large scale systems program management. He has also been a visiting Professor of Statistics at SA Jaipuria College under University of Calcutta.

Prior to founding Chakrabarti Management Consultancy, Inc. (CMCI) in 2005, Mr. Chakrabarti has served in various capacities at Lockheed Martin Corporation, FiServ Inc, HCL-Hewllet Packard, Birla Technical Services, TIL Ltd and Indian Statistical Institute. He was recipient of many awards from these corporations and he was also listed as a member of Executives & Professionals in National Who’s Who Register, 2004 Edition.


Ganesh PatilChief Information Officer – Ganesh Patil
Ganesh Patil has over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. His experience spans across organizational strategy, global delivery, business development, customer relationship management, corporate governance, risk management, and operations. As an insightful business manager and technocrat, Ganesh has helped organizations align with the latest technology trends and at the same time made the business profitable from these leading-edge initiatives.

In his role as a CIO, Ganesh is responsible for federal solutions delivery organization, marketing and business development at CMCI. As a technical evangelist, he works with the leadership team to envision future trends in technology and align the business goals of the organization accordingly. Ganesh is currently heading multiple initiatives within federal sector in the areas of IT Management and Governance, Architecture Alignment, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Cloud Computing, Business Intelligence and Strategic Program Management.

Prior to CMCI, Ganesh was the President and CEO of Conix Solutions. At Conix Solutions, he led the Technology, Sales & Operations aspects of the business. With its global presence, Conix Solutions provided high end solutions to customers in Information Technology, Finance, Automotive, Defense and Pharmaceuticals industry.

Prior to Conix Solutions, Ganesh was the Director of Software Development at Fiberlink Communications. He led the global Platform Services team and provided software as services (SAAS) solutions in the areas of Enterprise Security, Mobility and Wireless services.

Prior to Fiberlink, Ganesh was the Director of Software Development at Synygy Inc. He led the global R&D team to build Incentive Compensation, Market Research and Sales Analysis SAAS solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.

Ganesh holds a Masters in Electronics Engineering from Monmouth University and Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.


Shawn RuffDirector of Engineering – Shawn Ruff
Shawn Ruff brings 15 years of experience managing and delivering technology solutions to both government and commercial sectors. In his role as Director of Engineering at CMCI, Mr. Ruff is responsible for aligning the strategic direction of the company with technology trends to ensure that business goals are accomplished. Mr. Ruff provides the leadership and direction for CMCI’s engineering and technology related areas including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Standardization, Enterprise Infrastructure Virtualization and High Availability solutions.

Prior to joining CMCI, Mr. Ruff was the Chief Technology Officer for Conix Solutions, a technology and engineering services company focused on providing services and solutions to both Federal and commercial customers. Mr. Ruff was responsible for leadership and strategic technology direction of the company as well as identification of new business and technology practices, customer relationship management and program/project oversight.

Prior to Conix Solutions, Mr. Ruff was the Manager of Platform Services at Fiberlink Communications. He provided management and leadership expertise to the Production Support Teams responsible for the company's Platform infrastructure including Oracle/MySQL databases, Linux OS, Storage Area Network (SAN), VMware ESX Virtual Infrastructure and J2EE Middleware components.

Prior to Fiberlink, Mr. Ruff was Consultant providing leading edge technology solutions to various clients in the Philadelphia area in the areas of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, Systems Security, Unix/Linux Operating Systems, Database and Middleware High Availability.

Prior to being a Consultant, Mr. Ruff served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force where he held various responsibilities including radar technician, Unix System Administrator, Software Developer and Manager of Database Engineering at the USAF Software Factory.

Mr. Ruff holds a Masters in Management, Bachelors in Business Administration from Faulkner University, an Associate in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.


Gary NemirovskyDirector of Delivery – Gary Nemirovsky
As a Director of Delivery at CMCI, Mr. Nemirovsky is responsible for driving technical and operational excellence of CMCI Federal and Commercial practices.

Mr. Nemirovsky has over 20 years of senior management experience leading business transformation and managing global development and deployment of highly scalable e-commerce platforms, complex financial services applications, CRM and ERP systems, large-scale Data Warehouses, and supply chain systems. Mr. Nemirovsky worked in varying industries from telecommunications and e-Commerce, to automotive and financial services.

Prior to joining CMCI, Mr. Nemirovsky was a Director of Global Solutions Delivery at GXS, a leading worldwide provider of B2B e-Commerce and supply chain integration. At the company, he was managing a global team of consultants and IT professionals responsible for implementation of custom software solutions to financial, automotive and retail companies across the globe.

Before his time at GXS, Mr. Nemirovsky held executive management positions at Sapient and Barnes&Noble.com. As a Vice President of Software Development and E-commerce at Barnes&Noble.com, Mr. Nemirovsky was responsible for leading the design and development of one of the largest and most successful e-commerce web sites in the world.

Mr. Nemirovsky received a Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Maryland, College Park and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University.
